• Can I ask for Custom and Personalized order?

    Any Art print and any mug can be personalized with a name, initials, date, your wishes or add a quote. Just write us a message. No extra charge!

  • Can I ask for a different size?

    If you need a different size than those offered in our shop, please do not hesitate to contact us. Send us a message.

  • If a wrong address, an invalid address or unclaimed?

    In case your item is not delivered for whatever reason, please contact us. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it has remained unclaimed, your money will be refunded minus the delivery. If you want, we can send it back to you, but you should pay once again delivery charges.

  • My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

    If an item arrives damaged it may be returned if the following terms are met: Please inspect your item in the presence of a postal officer. If the package is damaged and most importantly if the item is damaged, the requirement currently the postal officer to give you protocol (act) with his signature, that you received damaged item. Then send us a copy of this report along with photos of the damaged shipment. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery date, providing clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. The damage must be visible. If you do not do this, we will not have the opportunity to make a claim for damage. Please retain the packaging as we may ask you to return it to us for filing a claim. We will contact you asap for replacement or your money back.

  • Why is my order delaying delivery?

    In December, there is some delay in the international supply because post offices are very busy. Please note that we send from Bulgaria, Europe and airmail delivery to countries outside Europe can take from 2 to 4 weeks, even longer at busy times such as Christmas. Please have in mind that due to security checks upon entering the US and other countries and due to bad weather during the winter months transport is very difficult, many packages are delayed. Even though USPS gives a delivery frame of about 2 weeks for the international shipping, many packages are not delivered even after 4 weeks and it is still not considered delayed. For us, the only thing we can do is to send your position on time. We aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

  • Can I get my order via FAST delivery?

    If you need to get your order faster you can ask us for UPS Shipping Upgrade with UPS Express Saver: Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days worldwide. We will need your phone number to send your order by UPS shipping method.

  • Do you accept returns and cancellations?

    We gladly accept returns and cancellations. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Ship returns back to us within 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.

    CUSTOM ORDERS made especially for you and personalized items (with names, date, or some other personalization) are not refundable or exchangeable. Custom order sales and Personalized orders are considered final. (no returns or exchanges, except for if they were damaged in transit). Items that are delivered damaged are also available for credit upon receipt of a picture showing damages.

  • What are the conditions of return?

    We are not responsible for the return costs. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If the goods do not return to their original state, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. When your order returns to us in the original good condition, we will refund you the cost of your order, but without the shipping cost.

  • Do you accept exchanges?

    Unfortunately, we don't accept exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

  • For international orders, do I have to pay customs and import taxes?

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please check with your country's customs office.
